The training campus is a counseling center for young people with a refugee and/or migration biography who need support with professional integration.
Regardless of nationality, age, gender and residence status, the individual needs of our visitors are what counts.
We accompany people during the orientation, decision-making and application phase. We also provide advice beyond the start of training, as the sustainability of the advice is an important concern for us.
In the different phases of vocational counseling, we support our clients in the following issues
- Determination of the status quo
Vocational orientation, competence assessment
Assistance with recognition procedures
Support with status-related problems
Creation and optimization of application documents
Coaching to prepare for job interviews
Search for apprenticeships and entry-level qualifications
Preparation for training
Support during and after training
In addition to individual counseling sessions, we also offer group counseling sessions, especially for school classes, in which we present our counseling services and inform the learners about all aspects of training, careers and job applications. We sensitize learners to the importance of applying as early as possible.
We look forward to your visit!
