Young people
The training campus is first and foremost a meeting place for young people with a refugee and/or migration biography who need advice and support on the path to integration. Regardless of nationality, age, gender and residence status, what counts for us is personal need. Our main target group are young people mainly between the ages of 14 and 25.
Companies
Companies receive individual counseling regarding the employment of people with a refugee and/or migration biography, which is tailored to their needs and, if necessary, can continue to be used after hiring.
Civically engaged persons
Interested civic activists are given the opportunity to develop and contribute their skills. We offer individual opportunities and professional support.
